Kuba developed his passion for computing at an early age, playing Tetris and Civilization on the family's PC. He started coding in middle school, when he got his hands on a copy of Visual Studio and started playing with VB6. Then he went on discovering other programming languages: Pascal, C, C++, Java, PHP, Prolog, C#, JavaScript &amp;amp; Python.

Though Kuba spent most of his 8+ year career as an ASP.NET/C# developer, for the past few years he's taken a deep dive in the (fascinating) world of JavaScript and is currently doing his best to earn the title of a JS Ninja.

Having worked in a number of very different work environments (startup, small enterprise, big corporation), Kuba benefits from being able to approach programming challenges from different perspectives.

Marcin is an IT architect with a very strong technical background. He started his professional career when .NET Framework 1.1 was becoming popular and spent a few years maintaining and enhancing a few global systems utilizing a variety of Microsoft products and tools. Since 2010, he involved himself in the development of the reference architecture for Volvo's .NET applications, coaching projects to achieve quality and delivering internal trainings. He now has even more direct influence on the reference architecture as he took the Chief Architect responsibility. Marcin is also an occasional speaker on local universities and conferences.

Privately, he is a fan of motorization and especially Formula 1, loves travelling and discussing anything that is related to computer science.
